Privacy Notice

Effective date: 25^th May 2018.

This Privacy Notice is applicable to all visitors to the DAI, a Dematic company website, and explains any Personally Identifiable Information (PII) that we collect, the reason for holding it, and the processing that takes place. We take our responsibility of your PII very seriously and it is our policy to store it securely and hold the minimum amount necessary.

Information we collect

The only PII captured from the DAI, a Dematic company website is that provided by you, either via the Contact Form, or when submitting information for a job application. Details of the latter can be found in the Recruitment Privacy Policy that can be found here.

How we use the information

We will only use the details in order to contact you with any information you may have requested, or to further understand your interest in Dematic products.

How long do we hold your information

We are not in the business of spamming our customers and potential customers, and will only keep hold of your contact details for a maximum of 30 working days after your initial request unless there is still an ongoing dialogue.

Cookie Policy

The DAI, a Dematic company website uses a number of cookies to enhance your experience of the DAI, a Dematic company site; however, none are used to hold any PII data, or to identify and track a “natural person”.

The roles and responsibilities of DPO are provided by the Company Information Manager (CIM).
